Showing up out-of-shape to pre-season workouts is an awful way to kick start a season. The best athletes prepare themselves in the off-season by working hard, and building stronger and more resilient bodies. However, trying to workout on your own can be a daunting task. Our College/Pro group programs are designed to improve the many facets of athletic performance, including mobility/flexibility, strength, power, speed, agility, and specific conditioning to the athlete’s sport. These 4 day/week, 2-hour training sessions are ideal for all collegiate/professional athletes looking for off-season training, as well as in-season professional athletes responsible for their own strength and conditioning workouts. Training sessions are held M/T/Th/F from 9-11 am.
